Before you start
- Access to your GoDaddy account
- Recipient: Mourningstar Media, sai@mourningmedia.com
- The domain and hosting product names
Keep passwords, one-time codes, card details and sensitive customer records out of your brief. Send access invitations through the platform itself.
Follow the steps
Step 1
Open your GoDaddy account and visit Delegate Access.
Step 2
Under People who can access my account, choose Invite to Access.
Step 3
Enter Mourningstar Media and sai@mourningmedia.com. Check the email spelling.
Step 4
Choose an access level suitable for the agreed product work. Avoid purchasing authority when it is unnecessary. Review the current permission description before sending.
Step 5
Send the invitation and tell us the domain and hosting product it covers. Review domain-specific access after acceptance if applicable.
Step 6
We confirm acceptance. Remove our access when the agreed work is finished if there is no ongoing service.

How to know it worked
A sent invitation is pending until accepted. We confirm that the relevant product is accessible before starting setup.
If you get stuck
- Expired invitation? Send a new one.
- Domain visible but hosting missing? Check the product owner and permission scope.
- Different provider? Ask its support for the equivalent collaborator invitation.
Email sai@mourningmedia.com with your client reference, the step you reached and the exact error. A cropped screenshot helps; hide personal information and payment details first. We reply in writing.
