Before you start
- A folder owned by your business
- Permission to use each image, font and piece of copy
- One designated approver
Keep passwords, one-time codes, card details and sensitive customer records out of your brief. Send access invitations through the platform itself.
Follow the steps
Step 1
Create folders for Logo, Images, Copy and References. Name files by purpose rather than final-final-v7.
Step 2
Include the best available logo: SVG or other vector source if available, plus a transparent PNG. Add colour codes and font names if you have them.
Step 3
Organise website copy by page or design copy by individual deliverable. Mark offers, prices and contact details as approved.
Step 4
Include original images at usable resolution, plus licence information where needed. Tell us which photos are essential and which are only inspiration.
Step 5
Share the folder privately with sai@mourningmedia.com. Paste its link in the intake and confirm the invitation was sent.
Step 6
Keep customer lists, passwords, identity documents and private financial or health records out of the production folder.
How to know it worked
We can open the folder and identify approved files for each deliverable. A link that asks us to request access is not yet ready.
If you get stuck
- Missing vector logo? Send the best original file; do not enlarge a tiny preview.
- Unsure about image rights? Replace it or obtain permission before approval.
- Many conflicting files? Archive old versions and nominate one approved set.
Email sai@mourningmedia.com with your client reference, the step you reached and the exact error. A cropped screenshot helps; hide personal information and payment details first. We reply in writing.
