Before you start
- Your page list and main customer action
- Accurate business details and service area
- Approved images and factual claims
Keep passwords, one-time codes, card details and sensitive customer records out of your brief. Send access invitations through the platform itself.
Follow the steps
Step 1
For Home, explain what you offer, who it helps, where you operate and the next action visitors should take.
Step 2
For About, provide a real business story, people, experience and verifiable credentials. Do not invent awards or testimonials.
Step 3
For Services, list the main services, what each includes, typical customer questions and any pricing you want published.
Step 4
For Contact, approve your email, WhatsApp number, service hours and service area. Include a public address only if appropriate.
Step 5
Choose your fifth core page based on the business: FAQ, portfolio or a specific service page. Extra pages need a separate scope.
Step 6
Add page titles, internal links and useful image descriptions during production. Review search snippets as summaries of real page content rather than keyword lists.
How to know it worked
Every core page has approved facts, a purpose and an action. We confirm any content gaps before scheduling production.
If you get stuck
- No copy yet? Supply the facts and mark draft copy assistance in your intake.
- Need online sales or bookings? Tell us before payment; custom functionality may be outside the fixed package.
- Have client reviews? Confirm permission and accurate attribution.
Email sai@mourningmedia.com with your client reference, the step you reached and the exact error. A cropped screenshot helps; hide personal information and payment details first. We reply in writing.
