Before you start
- Your five-page outline and main call to action
- Business facts, service information, contact details and references
- Domain, hosting, existing mail services and required access
Keep passwords, one-time codes, card details and sensitive customer records out of your brief. Send access invitations through the platform itself.
Follow the steps
Step 1
Complete the business profile and explain your audience, services and desired action. List your five core pages and any functionality you expect.
Step 2
Supply approved page facts and identify where AI-assisted draft copy is needed. Tell us about required languages, existing content and legal copy.
Step 3
Review the R6,500 upfront package, its limits and separate hosting/domain costs. Pay only after your client record is saved.
Step 4
Prepare your restricted assets folder and send the agreed hosting/WordPress access invitations.
Step 5
We review readiness, identify missing items and confirm the production schedule by email.
Step 6
Review the build, send consolidated revisions and approve launch in writing. Check mail and DNS requirements before any domain change.
How to know it worked
We send a readiness confirmation after reviewing your brief, payment, assets and required access. A receipt alone is not a production start date.
If you get stuck
- Missing materials? List the gaps honestly in your intake; do not upload placeholders as final files.
- Scope does not fit? Ask by WhatsApp or email before payment.
- Need a change after saving? Use Edit my details on the review screen before checkout.
Email sai@mourningmedia.com with your client reference, the step you reached and the exact error. A cropped screenshot helps; hide personal information and payment details first. We reply in writing.
