Before you start
- Business portfolio, ad account, Page and Instagram account names
- Approved offer, audience and target locations
- Active Meta billing and licensed creative assets
Keep passwords, one-time codes, card details and sensitive customer records out of your brief. Send access invitations through the platform itself.
Follow the steps
Step 1
Describe the offer, audience, customer action and lead follow-up process. Include dates, prices and restrictions for your campaign.
Step 2
Identify the portfolio that owns your Page, Instagram account and ad account. Tell us about existing pixels/datasets and account restrictions.
Step 3
Review R3,000 monthly management for one ad account, up to three campaigns and four static ad creatives. Meta ad spend and video production are separate.
Step 4
Save your complete client record, review billing terms and activate the subscription.
Step 5
Use the partner-access guide to share the correct assets with Mourningstar. Share approved creative and confirm your platform budget.
Step 6
We check access and tracking, get written creative approval and confirm launch status after Meta review. Continue to respond to your leads directly.
How to know it worked
We send a readiness confirmation after reviewing your brief, payment, assets and required access. A receipt alone is not a production start date.
If you get stuck
- Missing materials? List the gaps honestly in your intake; do not upload placeholders as final files.
- Scope does not fit? Ask by WhatsApp or email before payment.
- Need a change after saving? Use Edit my details on the review screen before checkout.
Email sai@mourningmedia.com with your client reference, the step you reached and the exact error. A cropped screenshot helps; hide personal information and payment details first. We reply in writing.
